How far is my order?

I dealt with Rose from one deal a day, however I have received no feedback from Rose. She is ignoring my WhatsApp messages and not answering my calls and I have sent several emails which I have received no response to. No one responds to the following email address ***

Rose updates her WhatsApp status daily but ignores my messages.

The courier service cannot pick up the order number provided by Rose.
