One deal a day - goods returned no refund received to date

Ordered Solar fairy lights from them in November 2017 In Decemer 2017 i informed them that the goods are defective. Had sent a complaints mail twice before someone responded on 17 December (Anees), she had arranged for Courier company to pick up defective good. They will test the goods and refund me or provide me with feedback. Courier company picked goods up 18 December and I just had NO further feedback nor refund. Its now 2 months since goods were picked up and despite all my follow up emails I still haven't received any response from them.
