One Deal A Day Gone with my Money

Have ordered face-masks for my business on 16 April and received an email on 17 April to advise it has been shipped. On 29 April I sent a WhatsApp to the number provided. Received a reply that they will look into it. No reply and contacted them again on 30 May, 1 May as well as 12 May, all without a response. Also on 29 April I enquired via email where my order is without a response. Followed up with another email on 1 May, and again on 04 May all without a response.
