One Deal A day fails to comply with SA Consumer Act

I purchased a car vacuum cleaner on 7 Nov 2019. invoice INV-152212. order no 152212. The item worked initially but was then faulty. Firstly, I battled to get to the company as their names are close to another company. Finally, when i found the company, they only have a whatssapp number for support. the response is extremely poor. after a few days, i was asked to send the item utilizing their preferred couriers. I paid 50% of the item on shipping to send the item back with www.thecouriercompany.co.za waybill no TCC32173. the items was picked up on 6 March 2020. I am sending numerous emails to *** and battling to get response from whatssapp on *** and ***. This company sometimes offers good deals, but fails to in compliance to Consumer Act, most especially when the product does not work. They are extremely poor at response, I ask of them to Please refund me in full to supply a replacement product urgently.
