One Deal A Day

I bought an ADVERTISED, Bluetooth Mini Keyboard from their online service. As I have been looking for one to use with my smart phone and Tablet.

When the product arrived, I charged the unit and once fully charged, I set out to test the unit.

First issue I noticed was that there was no Bluetooth sign on the product nor could I find any info relating to the Bluetooth connection, supp****.

I contact One Deal A Day via email and was sent a link to a YouTube site to explain how the product works. Needless to say there was no info with regards to the Bluetooth. I checked other sites and found that there is NO Bluetooth feature for the product supp****.

I sent an email back informing them that this product is not a Bluetooth enabled keyboard as advertises to which I received a mail back telling me that it is advertised as Bluetooth therefore it is!

I told them I wanted a full refund including delivery fees as I have not received the product advertised.

Received an email, after a lot of back and forth, stating that they would send the courier to collect the product and once they receive the unit and have checked it they will refund me.

I have since received an email back stating that a refund will be made but it is not for the full amount.

I am waiting for a response from them for the discrepancy.

People, be very aware that the products being advertised is NOT what you will receive and the people that respond to your emails, have no clue about their products and they will give you a run around of note!

For the record, I am qualified Technician and do know how Bluetooth works. Not that one needs this qualification to operate Bluetooth products, just ask any kid but not those that work for One Deal A Day.
