One Deal a Day - Dont buy from this site as you will regret it.

I purchased a Solar battery pack from One Deal a day in Dec 23. The unit arrived with a swollen battery, i have logged many calls on their wapp number as thats the only form of communication with the company and to day 22 Jan 2024 not a response. This is shocking after sales service for an online platform and certainly the last time i refer or purchase from this organisation.
