One deal a day do not want to refund my money.

The team are very quick to respond and assist when buying a product. BUT if you cancel an order a few hours after you placed an order because your friend already bought the same products elsewhere why would I want additonal products, and I said cancel the order I will rather take the cooling pillow and the balance can ba paid into my bank account. I cancelled the order in advance they did not cancel the order they went through with packaging and sending out with courier. I cannot phone them as they do not respond to my emails on the admin email. I sent messages on each of the one deal a day whatsapp numbers. This has been over a month now no feedback nothing. They just ignore my messages.

Some will say will check never come back there are no feedback up and until today. Do anyone perhaps have a contact number because I cannot find any contact number.
