One Deal A Day- Do not trust them when you need a refund

On the 4th of June, I requested a return and refund on a digital thermometer as this product quality was pathetic, after numerous meals and calls I finally was told that I need to arrange for collection on my own and pay for it which I did which was the 1st of July( I waited almost a month to be assisted with the return) Since then I am waiting for my refund. I get told that they are looking at the returns. This is terrible as I am constantly the one that is asking for feedback. This company does not value customers and lack customer service. I will never again purchase from this company. It's now the 21st of July and still no Refund or any indication of when I will be getting my money back. It's now 9 weeks since I paid for my order.
