One Deal A day - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered and paid for a Solar Fan invoice 668215. This has been since the 25 January 2023 Received the item around the 17 January 2023 I sent my query to One Deal A Day <***> They reply back to contact *** - I have done this several times. I also tried on the WhatsApp number but to no avail. I advise DO NOT buy from ONE DEAL A DAY, as the after service is robot talking. Which does not get resolved!!!!!!!I am very frustrated.
