One Deal a Day Disappointing Experience

Six weeks ago I bought EarPods from One Deal a Day!!Such a disappointing experience- the EarPods were faulty. It was reported and acknowledged But No Action to date.. No after service at all. Be wary of this business. Absolutely NO customer care whatsoever
