One deal a day 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I placed an order on 4 December and some even later. The later items have been received. After many follow-ups. I received a message yesterday morning to say they will check the order. The afternoon I messaged and no response. I messaged late afternoon again and the message came back saying the leaving for home and will respond in the morning. I messaged them earlier and then received a voice note to say the one bag is out of order and they don’t know why I wasn’t told. This is very disappointing as I have purchased on this site before. My advice is to not support One Deal a Day at all. They are unreliable, bad communication and no responses and the chatbot is only an icon - it does nothing to appease the clients queries.
