One deal a day - bad service

Worst service ever. Bought a 3 head solar lamp. Received it with one light broken off. Sent them them an email. Lady by the name of Mimi rep**** requesting pics. I immediately rep**** to her on the 4th of January 2021. Sent another email to her on the 11th of January 2021. Up until today 25th of January 2021 received no reply from them. I will never buy from them again. Will also inform everyone on my contact list about the poor service received
