One Deal A day - Aftersales NONEXISTENCE. Be careful!

Orders placed on 30 November. On the 1st of Dec I emailed and whatsapped to confirm if payment/order was received. They rep**** yes. On the 9th they said payment wasn’t received. I paid that day still ASAP. Not even a tracking number received as yet. today 18 December . Impossible to communicate with them. Automated answers on Messenger, no response to emails. Christmas gifts ordered, it’s VERY frustrating. No telephone number to call anywhere. Then one contact person I got hold of today. told me to whatsapp the admin/customer care. I have already whatsapp that number on the 11th no response (turnaround time – they say 72hours) whatsapp today again as I was instructed. So basically getting nowhere! DON’T ORDER
