One Deal a Day a Ripoff.

Bought a karaoke speaker 31 May. It arrived and only 1 of the two microphones were working. Sent messages and video’s to demonstrate the problem. Eventually a courier arrived to collect. I had given instructions that I would not be there but he was to collect it. I’m He was too lazy to ring the doorbell (and I was unreachable at the time) so he left without the defunct speaker. Numerous emails, more videos and WhatsApp’s to One Deal a Day and being told it was going to be given priority, I am still waiting for the collection 4 months later or a refund. What a *******. Will not be chancing them again.
