One Deal A Day

I bought a 2.5lt deep fryer from One Deal A Day inv 560580 on the 4/4/22 and received it 11/4/22. I was not satisfied with the product and I send it back 14/4/22 buy Courierit delivery note *** and ask for a refund. They refused because they say I have used it, which is a lie..I have send numerous emails after that and the only reply iget it from a no response email.
