One Deal A Day

I bought set of two 40 LED solar motion sensor lights on the 31st October 2020, the time I was ready to install them one of them was not working.

Then I sent a mail to info@onedealaday got feedback that need to courier the light but when I told my husband he said instead of paying courier fee which will amount to more than the actual deal itself can we not rather go drop it off there where they are situated according to their signature on the mail since then I haven't heard from them till today and now I feel like this is a **** how can you sell someone something that doesn't work??
