One deal a day

I ordered a Turbo Wind 18 inch standing fan on the 12 February. On the 19th February I asked for an update as to when the item will be delivered. No reply 23 February I requested to cancel and get a refund. No reply. Item arrived 28 Feb badly packed and not working properly. Emailed the issue still no reply
