After a few irate of fustration. I got an after hours phone call from Clemintine, who was very professional in her approch and honoured her word and I reeived my parcel 2 days later. For which I was very grateful. Anees also made a personal call and honored his word in having the parcel dispatched asap. I would like to appeal to all on line dealers to make sure everyone of their TEAM... Together everyone achieves more..... is pulling together. Anees and Clementine were great and professional , however someone is dropping the ball and in todays economic crisis I am going to support Companies who give good service, Communicate well and deliver.
