ON DEAL A DAY STOLE MY MONEY

They have taken my money on two occasions and never delivered on my orders. I forgot about my 1st experience with them about a year ago. And on Black Friday I saw something that I liked and I ordered and paid for it. Just like the 1st order, I received confirmation of payment. However 3 days later I was told that they are still awaiting payment. I have referred them on both occasions to their confirmation of payment email. As well as the proof of payment. However I never received a reply from them. They dont ever respond to emails. And there is no contact number for them. There are much better places to shop from. There is Takealot or Superbalist are amongst many other businesses that deliver on their orders and they always reply speedily to your email. One deal a day doesn't belong on the market place. I'm not going to take this matter sitting down again. I can't begin to tell you how frustrating this is. I will be laying complaints with the applicable authorities. Wherever that takes me. Let's see...
