Office Chair ****

Ordered and paid for office chair 29/12/25 and still nothing received. Do not replies on numerous emails. My tracking shows I received/signed for item, but what I received was a simple "computer" mat with all the formats. An item from Red Chilly which I thought was a promotional gift. I have been ******. These people of true ****mers and *******. Or my order was incorrectly labelled and somebody else received my chair. I do not know how to get a refund or sort this out.
