Not worth the trouble - poor customer relations

I was so excited to see a product that I really wanted, and ordered immediately. I was told a week or so later, that it was out of stock. Then it started: I tried emailling them, phoned the number for them on WhatsApp a few times, and texted via WhatsApp. It was refunded a month after my order. No-one returned my calls/email, and the person on WhatsApp would respond but never when I called. I will definitely not make use of One Deal a Day again.
