NOT SERIOUS ABOUT SERVICING THEIR CUSTOMERS

I bought a TV stick and yes delivery was super fast and well within 5 days but when i received it, plugged it in and just a few minutes that stick heated up so much and kept switching off. i immediately sent a WhatsApp message to the person that assisted with my order and what do you know,....24 hours later and my messages was not even read. I sent another message later today and still no response. I want my money refunded as well as the delivery fee I had to pay for the **** you guy's sent me!
