Not professional or ethical

Ordered from them on 29 and 30 October 2019.

When I log in the status of these orders still say ‘awaiting tracking no’. I have contacted the courier company and they have not received tracking numbers for us.

There is no contact telephone number for One Deal a day anywhere and I have sent numerous emails and have received no response.

We were especially annoyed last night when the mosquitos were eating us alive, which is why we had ordered the Mosquito trap lamp on 29 October 2019.

How can One Deal a day run a business without a contact telephone number and then also not respond to emails? How is this professional or ethical?

Am I supposed to just accept that I will never get my orders or get my money back?

So very disappointed and annoyed.
