Not all goods received, and no response from them

I’ve ordered from them and haven’t received all my goods, it is marked on their invoice that everything is there but it was not. I’ve tried to contact them through messanger, whatsapp, on their site and instagram more than once still No response!! And their boxes are mostly damaged when you receive your goods. It is very difficult to get hold of this company, no telephone number. I will not order from them again, you pay for something and don’t get all your goods and no response from them.
