Non-Existent Service & No Comms

Shocking & non-existent service from these people. They don’t respond to messages, or occasionally reply literally weeks later, on all of their what’s app lines, they don’t reply to emails. And if they eventually do reply, they ask you for info and you never hear from them again. I am shocked that they still trade in SA. The product I ordered is sub-standard & faulty. I have been requesting a refund and assistance since mid-January 🤬🤬🤬 Don’t deal with them.
