Non existent communication when trying to fix an order that they messed up

I don't think I have ever received such bad customer service in my life Well to be fair, I cant say that because it is non existent!

How do you have an email address, that tells you to revert to WhatsApp because the email is no longer checked, but the one WhatsApp number says to revert to another number (because they cannot help you, by simply SENDING THE RIGHT ITEM THAT YOU ORDERED,) but the second number doesn't even reply?

It has been 11 days of me calling, messaging, emailing and begging for assistance

I don't mind a mistake like the wrong item being sent (in this case the colour) but struggling for 11 days with still no help? This is ridiculous
