Non-existent client service

I ordered some items that I wanted to return as the quality of the material of the garments I ordered were not as expected. I tried all the channels I was referred to on whatsapp but almost always ended up with a sales chatbot. My emails have not been responded to. The last item I will ever buy from them. This was my FB messages to them " Order #810952. I am trying to return this item. Your emails/whatsapp is not providing any customer service functionality, it is purely focused on sales.
