No response, no customer service.
I ordered an item on 5/Dec, have had the amount debited from my card. No email confirming the order or delivery, and no response to email queries or online queries. No phone number. Dead quiet. Hopeless business. I can kick myself for not checking Hello Peter before dealing with One deal a day - the litany of complaints says it all. How come they are still in business?

The item was delivered yesterday, shorter than the 10 days lead time, and I am satisfied with the service and the product. I am impressed that they contacted me promptly to resolve the issue.
