No response

I am very disappointed in the service I am getting from this company. On the 24th of March I sent a WhatsApp message regarding items that I need replaced because they we not working, on the 27th I sent pictures of the items and the invoice but to this date I have not received any response from them. I have even emailed their customer service but no response. I loved this company but they are about to lose a customer and everyone else I have referred to them.
