No response and lack of support

Second time I had to battle to get any response from them. Ordered a drone via their WhatsApp channel. Went through all the steps and did payment. Sent payment confirmation as requested. Still have not received order any confirmation. When trying to make contact via any of their channels, I get no response from them. At this point I just want my money back. I have no more interest in dealing with a company that cannot provide customer feedback or the required info for purchases.
