No response and bad customer service

Purchased LED lights on the 3rd December and received them Wednesday the 30th Dec 2020, however the lights are faulty and doesn't go on.i have sent multiple emails and whatssap messages, with them saying they will refund me and collect the faulty lights.

However its now the 8 Feb and no pick up or any communication from them. Very bad service
