No respond on new Faulty “SolarXtreme Slim Line 100W Solar Flood Light out of box

I recently received an order that contained item “SolarXtreme Slim Line 100W Solar Flood Light”. This item is faulty and not working properly - for a 100w Solar light being charged for more than 3 days in the sun . I have send two online queries no response , 2 emails no response , phone number just ringing and whats app line told me to send email.
