NO ORDER UPDATES - NO ORDER RECEIVED ALMOST A MONTH OF FOLLOWING UP

This business is a ****! I am very disappointed with the level of service I have received from one deal a day. I purchased an online order on the 29th April 2021, to date I have received no communication on my order besides the order was received on the 4th May 2021.

I have since sent emails, and messages on their FB page, each time I queried on FB messenger I was asked for my order number; which I provided them with.

Each time I gave it to them and was told that they will check with management and get back to me and that I will be contacted.

A week would pass I would message again on FB messenger, and get the same generic responses.

I asked repeatedly for them to call me back and told them that they needed to get their ops department in order. Another week later and I query the order and get asked AGAIN for my order number... and then I lost it asking them to get back to me, and that their service was shocking. Still no answer... Only to notice that I had BEEN BLOCKED on their Facebook page and messenger!

Very unprofessional service.

My order is still not sent to me. No feedback , you can’t call them and they don’t answer your emails or requests online to be contacted! It’s the 17th May and I am still waiting. DO NOT BUY FROM ONE DEAL A DAY. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
