No movement on my complaint

Ordered 2 powerbanks with built in cables but received models that do not have built in cables. Sent my first query/complaint on 07 January. On 09 January I was asked to send a photo of my delivery note and the products I received which I sent immediately. I have had no response from them since then.

I have ordered numerous times from them in the past without problems so I am very disappointed that they have such terrible service now.
