No longer using their pathetic service

My experience with One Deal a Day has gone from good to pathetic. The process of returning a faulty item is impossible. I sent a whatsapp, as per their protocol. They took almost a month to reply to my message, but had to follow up on the fact that I have not had any response from them. They request video proof of the item not working. Video was sent through for no benefit to me. Video was sent 2 months ago and no response from them. So why did they want the video? I am advising everyone around me to avoid using their service. And I am doing this proactively.... -10 from me on the so called "service". They are not the only provider of their products.
