NO GOOD

I ordered a gift for someone on 18/12/2023. Got the confirmation of my order but on the website nothing further was happening. I queried the following day via whatsapp as that is their prefered method - no responce. Then in about 2 hours i got message from different number - informing me my order & payment has been recieved - when i checked today - still nothing further - i queried via whatsapp on the new number just to be told there was a disclaimer that if ordered after 11th - only getting product 2nd week in january - i did not see the disclaimer when i purchased - i could have missed it - possible - but when i asked if i could then arrange someone to collect - i was told their dispatch team was already closed???? then i asked them to then rather do a refund - to be told the admin team is closed too..... why would you advertise products - that is limited quantity - special offers if you are closed over December??? After a very long tedious conversation via whatsapp i was informed that they would refund - i am currently still waiting for a notification but i will never ever purchase anything from them again. Snacther/Takealot and even one day only - had disclaimers very big to order before 18th - i noticed it immediately - and the person on the responding side of whatsapp messages was not overly helpfull
