No go for ONE DEAL A DAY!

I bought a pressure cooker from One deal a day, I received it but when I first tried to cook in it I found that the seal was missing. I sent it back after a lot of whatsapps and emails, I got no replies just short " I will report this" notes on whatsapp. They collected it eventually and without any correspondence I received a PROJECTOR today in the place of mu pressure cooker!!!. I do not want this, all I want is a refund to buy another trusted pressure cooker. Nobody answers your emails or whatsapps. I will never buy from them again. This is totally ridiculous!
