No feedback when lodging complaints

I purchased a swivel mop and bucket from One Deal A Day.

When I received the package, I immediately noticed that the product I received does not resemble the advertised product at all. I raised this concern and was assured via WhatsApp that although the product looks different, the primary function would remain the same.

I did not agree with that statement. I was then asked to send videos of my concerns, which I did. However, after sending the videos, I received no further response.

I used the product for the first time on Saturday, and the microfibre strands on the mop are already falling out. This confirms my concern about the quality of the product.

I requested a refund, but I have now been told that I must return the item at my own cost for inspection before anything further can be considered. Given the circumstances, this is very concerning, especially since the product was clearly not as advertised from the start.
