No Feedback, No Service, No Resolution

Order 426859 made 6 July delivered 29 July but only because of the complaints of no feedback on the delivery status. The same day I sent emails and WhatsApps advising of the device that was broken and the rest of the order that needed to be returned with reasons given and it falls into a deep dark hole. There is NO customer service. I order all the time from One day only so I expected similar to their good service but sadly NO feedback on emails and the person on other end of the WhatsApp just says I sent a follow up, Admin will get back to you but not a word. I am so disappointed, I don't want my money back. I asked for a credit to get something that actually works and still nothing.
