No delivery and no communication on order #863833

2 weeks after placing order #863833 no delivery and no communication. Trying to speak to someone on whatsapp is like trying to talk to a tree branch, you get the same level of response. More than 2 hours to "check" on my order with no reply and just nothing. Knew this website is a **** but took a shot anyway, luckily it was cheap enough.
