No delivery almost 2 weeeks still processing order

I placed an order on the 5th of Feb 2026 and still have not received it to date, when i track my order it shows me that my order is still being processed. This is not the 1st time i am having this problem with them. It has been almost 2 weeks now with my order still processing. Whats worse is when you don't even get a reply to your Whatsapp messages or emails.
