No deal anyday

I ordered 2 couch covers 29 July 2021. When they arrived, they were not what was expected. I immediately went onto the website and used the contact us form to ask how to return them. I never got a reference or a reply, I then tried mailing directly, same response (none) I even used their WhatsApp service, and someone asked for the order number and contact details. Still nothing. it is now 3 weeks later
