no deal a day - unimpressed

i ordered a wifi backUp and portable UPS from ONE DEAL A DAY. what arrived was not what was advertised. i am trying to return and get a refund. they are impossible to get hold of and only reachable via whatsapp which wastes so much time. i then found phone numbers on their on their facebook page and no one answers. after a little research they are linked to red chilli deals, they just don't respond to emails. no contact numbers. i will never use them again or recommend them. totally unimpressed!
