NO-DEAL-A-DAY

I’ve had a really raw deal from One - Deal- À -Day.

I believe they messed up in at least 2 areas: 1). They sent my old phone number to the courier and thus the courier could not get hold of me. 2). My order number was incorrect or incorrectly assigned to me - the articles which it was stated that the order number referred to were not the contents that I ordered

I have tried in vain to get hold of them. I did receive an impersonal message stating they would correct or other within 72 hours —- 3 days. We are well passed that time.

I’ve HAD absolutely NO HELPFUL COMMUNICATION from One-Deal-a-Day EVER ie NO GOODS , NO REFUND
