No customer service, haven’t received all of my goods

This business doesn’t even deserve a one star. They’re communication suck, or correction there is no communication. In Dec, I’ve ordered most of my Christmas stuff, through them and they didn’t send everything, I’ve posted here, and they did respond by they will send me my goods. On 11Jan they did send me a tracking nr, the courier company said that this was already delivered in Dec. They have send me my old tracking number. Still haven’t received my goods. I’ve tried to contact them again through email, whatsapp and instagram still no response because they don’t have a telephone number!!
