No customer service. Bad service.

So the service delivery and customer care I ha e received is disgusting. My first order over 2 weeks ago I received faulty ear phones. Up until this morning I am still trying to get a response or reply or help via email and whatsapp. NOBODY REPLIES OR RESPONDS. A second order I placed on 29 November. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS ORDER. And again I cannot get a response or reply or tracking number or ANY SORT OF HELP FROM YOU PEOPLE!
