no customer service

order and paid for 6 x 360 degree remote control cars on the 25 November 2019 the ten days has past. when following up on their system got the response that there is a back log on their order and there is no indication if and when the toys will be shipped. there is contact numbers in there terms and conditions but is no longer in service. the attorney's contact number is also incorrect.
