No customer sense at all, trying to keep my money ransom for stuff that is out of stock

Worst people to do business with. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and wanted to collect from their depot in Ormonde. I was advised it would take a few days to get to Ormonde, hence I opted for delivery in Cape Town. When I placed the order, I was given an invoice of the amount to be paid. As soon as payment was made and proof was sent, I was advised that 2 of the items were out of stock. I was not happy, but agreed that they credit my customer account with the refund. Now, more than 2 weeks later and I am still waiting and now they also advised that the charger, that they had on special up until today, was out of stock. When I requested for a full refund, I receive an email with the shipping details. I still wanted the refund and now I was advised it will take 21 working days. I cannot understand how others can rate this company 4 or 5 stars. Be careful before dealing with them. I should have checked HelloPeter first.
