No Communication

I had high hopes for One Deal A Day, but my experience was far from satisfactory. When I tried to order a product, I was required to provide all my details and quantity.

Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. The communication from their team was lacking. I reached out multiple times for updates for 2 days straight, but I never received a response. Despite them being online on WhatsApp, their promises of efficient service were absent, I was left in the dark.

Ultimately, I never received the product I wanted to order, and the lack of follow-up has been incredibly frustrating. It’s disappointing to see a company fail to deliver on its commitments. I can't recommend One Deal A Day based on my experience.
