No care for customers

I sent 2 emails stating that I will no longer be at the address that I ordered the items to be delivered at as of the16th of December 2020. I Placed the order on the 3rd of December, calculating that if they kept to their word, I would receive my goods in time. No one even bothered to contact me for a new address or even to acknowledge that they have received my email and will ignore it. And today which is the 17th of December they send me confirmation from the couriers that my goods have been shipped to my old address.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
